1-on-1 Kitchener Personal Training

From a beginner who wants to master their form and learn the basics of lifting — to a seasoned gym-goer looking for an extra push — in-person personal training is a powerful opportunity to elevate your performance in a safe, encouraging environment out of Kitchener’s Sablic Strength. 

What's Included?

Programming is designed for progressive overload, sustainable strength, and muscle development. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, or a full physique transformation, your program will be tailored to match. 

Features include:

  • Customized training program built around your goals and current fitness level

  • One-on-one sessions, where you’ll benefit from personalized instruction, real-time coaching, technique feedback, and motivation

  • Access to the same app platform used in our online coaching (for program tracking, session scheduling, and an accountability check-in)

  • Nutritional support: including a meal plan or nutrition guide as part of the package

  • Regular progress tracking (for example: photos, strength benchmarks, and check-ins) to ensure you’re moving toward your goal

Individual Sessions

$75/hour + HST

No minimum purchase required.

Kickstarter Package

$1,250 + HST

  • Includes 16 personal training sessions (typically recommended at 2 sessions/week)

  • Customized meal plan

  • Access to the mobile app for weekly progress check-ins, program access, and accountability

Enhanced Package

$1,750 + HST

  • Includes 24 personal training sessions (typically recommended at 3 sessions/week) 

  • Customized meal plan + nutrition guide 

  • Access to the mobile app for weekly progress check-ins, program access, and accountability
