From a beginner who wants to perfect their form and learn basic lifting techniques, to an experienced lifter looking for an extra push in the gym, I believe personal training is the perfect opportunity to push limits and learn something new in a safe and encouraging environment.
Sessions are conducted out of Kitchener’s Sablic Strength and are focused on progressive overload for sustainable strength and muscle development. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle, or completely transform your physique, programming is customized to match your goals.
Individual sessions are $75/hour + HST. No minimum purchase required.
