  • 24 personal training sessions (~2x/week)

  • Final progress assessment

  • Technique-focused coaching on key lifts

  • Habit coaching (steps, nutrition, consistency)

  • Build confidence in and out of the gym

16-Week Strength & Physique Coaching

$2,997 + HST

​Best for serious clients ready to build muscle, lose fat, and see real, visible results.

  • 32 personal training sessions (2-3x/week)

  • Fully customized progressive training program

  • Nutrition plan tailored to your goal (fat loss + muscle gain)

  • Weekly check-ins for accountability and adjustments

  • Progress tracking (weight, measurements, photos)

  • Ongoing program and nutrition updates

  • Cardio guidance (LISS + optional HIIT)

  • High-level coaching, structure, and accountability
