After taking a couple years off from competing, Nicole reached out in mid-2025 with the hope to compete in 2026. We took her through her first proper build phase to develop the lean tissue needed to improve from her last stage look, while keeping body fat in check. After a smooth 20-week prep (while being vegetarian!), Nicole took first in Bikini Open Class B and third in Bikini Novice A at the 2026 Toronto Naturals.
