Working together to build a diet and exercise plan that was sustainable and realistic for him, Gary's lost 44lbs, dropped 8 pant sizes, and has gained a massive increase in energy and strength in only 11 months.

Always bringing intensity to every session, looking for ways to improve her mind-muscle connection, and never straying from the plan, she's gained significant glute mass with minimal body fat during her build phase, so she can confidently hit the bodybuilding stage in 2026.

Since 2024, Erida and I have created a consistent training schedule and sustainable nutrition plan that allowed her to balance full-time work, family, and her physique goals. Her ultimate goal was to obtain the leanest physique she's ever had for her birthday photoshoot. As of June 2025, Erida achieved her goal and has maintained her lean physique post-shoot with a successful reverse.
